25.01.2022 ? ? ? YOU?

23.01.2022 Round first base hard, because we are on the the home stretch of the SQWBL Inc season!

22.01.2022 Last night we lost 9-0 to a very good Hunters team. Nobody was to blame with some bad defensive luck, except for our skipper Zak Palmer whose poor pitch framing arguably cost the team nine runs. Actual footage below. ...Zak also got our only base hit.

21.01.2022 BACK IN THE WINNERS CIRCLE Both Griffith University Baseball Club & QUT Baseball Club bounced back on Sunday after much improved performances. QUT had the early... game against Astros, one which they exploded on offence. Skipper Jack Lawton was able to cool the bats late in the game, closing out a tight affair to get up 12-11. Griffith also was hot with the timber in hand handling a spirited Angels team with ease. Sarah-Jane Jameson was able to stifle any opposition hits on her birthday pitching into the third inning to get the team to 2-2 on the season.

16.01.2022 Quick shoutout to Neel ‘Flo’ Kynam who won’t be able to make this Sunday‘s student v alumni game because he leaves for the army today. We hope you last longer in the military then you did in almost every bar at 2019 Nationals.

16.01.2022 Hi guys, Zak here, just a reminder for myself that the game is at 8:30am tomorrow at Runcorn. Also I’ve got the first couple of rounds because of how late I was to Baseball5 last night. See you after church!

12.01.2022 Last baseball for the season!

12.01.2022 DOUBLE WINNERS For the second week in a row, both QUT Baseball Club & Griffith University Baseball Club have come out on top with strong victories. For QUT it a...ll started with Jack Lawton shoving on the mound, giving up only one run over his three inning start. Behind him, the bats came alive, scoring 13 runs in total, highlighted by a three hit game from Loryn D'Roza. An eight run victory was the team's best performance of the season. Griffith were also able to keep rolling with Asahi Tsuchiya setting the tone early with quick defensive innings before Ricky Ahn made sure no easy runs were scored late to lock down the W. The only low light of the game being Josh Taylor's bunt to which he was promptly disciplined by Pine Hills teammate and substitute teacher Matt Glasson.

07.01.2022 Hey guys and girls, just a reminder that Runcorn Baseball Club won’t have their canteen open tomorrow, so no pre-game rum and cokes. See you there before 10 for a 10:45 game!

06.01.2022 Are you at a university that doesn't have a COVID safe plan approved by your relevant sporting authority and therefore can't play under the name of that certain St Lucia based institution? Well come down this Friday night to Mt Gravatt campus to join us and QUT Baseball Club in some social Baseball5 with all students welcome. Games start from 6:45PM so don't be late for some free baseball!
