And in our first year the Thunderbirds Youth will be starting the day off with their first Sunbowl! 05.01.2022 Our women’s team are the Defending regular season champions, and in 2020 hosted the first 11 a side domestic competition champions Aces 11. After a taste of 11... a side our women’s team would love to continue to grow and play 11 a side competition. The feedback from the recent season that it was fantastic to play against a Full defence and offence and to be able to run plays as they are supposed to not in a condensed version. We found that the rookies were able to learn the game well, and the veterans found a new spark! Are you a female who would love to learn the game, or someone who has an itch to come back and play, well Thunder would love to have you part of our club and team! Come and Thunder Up in Thunder

02.01.2022 Twas the night before game day! With Game fast approaching, Thunder wanted to share some insights into the COVID plans for tomorrow. We have attached the 2 entry and exit points for the day, as well as the proposed field layout for spectators and visitors. ALL ATTENDEES to the field will need to sign in on arrival, we will have a volunteer on hand to assist and will be checking to ensure everyone has signed in. There will be NO access to change rooms so any player please ...come to grounds prepared. We will also ask all attendees to follow the social distancing requirements during the day. We look forward to welcoming everyone, but we ask that you respect our volunteers and their requests for you to assist in maintaining a COVID safe event so we can continue to host you in future rounds.

01.01.2022 Sign on Day is here!!! To assist in getting to the event you will need to drive around, as if you are heading to AFL fields (N67 on Map), car park is highlighted in blue. There will also be a checkpoint and sign in prior to heading into venue (red square on map). If everyone can please assist by coming to back car park and work with us today, with the updated COVID regulations would be much appreciated!... Looking forward to see everyone today!
