12.01.2022 If you have too many Hot Cross Buns left over from Easter, make it into Hot Cross Buns Bread & Butter Pudding. Recipe: 12 hot cross buns, 3 cups milk, 6 whole eggs, 1/2 sugar, 450ml cream, 2 vanilla beans or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3 Tablespoon of butter. Cut buns in half & butter them, place in a baking tray standing up. Mix eggs, sugar, cream, milk & vanilla together. Pour the liquid over the buns bake @160 degrees for 40 mins or until set. Serve with vanilla ice-cream.
