It's crazy to think every time you've said yes or no to something, taken action or not taken action, it's determined where you are right now, who you're with right now, and what you're doing right now. There's some horrendous shit I've done in my past that I cringe about now but it's ultimately led me to be where I am now and I honestly couldn't be happier that I went through some shit to get here. 06.01.2022 Was an absolute pleasure to get up early on a Sunday and put 3 of this countries best fighters through a gruelling sprints session. All 3 lads did everything that was asked of them and then some. Keep the heads up boys you handled that slice of hell extremely well. In fight prep training you can sometimes hit a flat patch due to overtraining, lack of food/water, general soreness or whatever and take it easy through a training session or spar a bit lighter, hit the bags with l...ess aggression but out on the track you have no where to hide and no choice but to go 100%. These boys did just that and I know the hard work here will make it easier on fight night. All 3 boys have fights coming up this Friday night on Qld's premier Muay Thai event Eruption Muay Thai. 05.01.2022 The fitness is coming along nicely for the lads in the lead up to some important fights for the boys this year. Solid sprint session tonight clocking up over 2k's all done at maximum effort. Well done fellas. Coaching is that much better than doing!

04.01.2022 Being chosen to be somebody's PT is a bit of a huge deal for me. It's a sign that they have a placed a MASSIVE amount of TRUST in you with the hope that out of all the other PT's floating around YOU will be the one to help them achieve their goals and give them the confidence and motivation that they feel they were lacking before they started. This is a huge deal for a lot of people and it's something that people give a lot of time and thought too, as they should! Being a PT... for a young teenager I think that the level of TRUST is magnified almost 1000% The level of TRUST from the parents that you will do the right thing by their son is fucking HUGE. No doubt that the decision to have a stranger take charge of your child's exercise and eating habits is a decision most parents wouldn't reach lightly. That is why I'm sooooo fucking PROUD of this young lad and the results that we have been getting in the last 2 months WE have been working together. BRANDON Approached by Brandon's dad to start a bit of training to build up his confidence and lose a little bit of weight, with the idea in mind of maybe having a fight at the end of the year I was excited to be given the opportunity to work with Brandon. In the last 6 sessions Brandon has gone from barely being able to carry out a pull up to being able to do 10. Barely being able to do a push up and in tonight's session alone he did over 50. As well as strength gains we have seen MASSIVE improvements in his coordination, reflexes, power and general fitness. NOT TO MENTION HIS LOST NEARLY 10kg's !!!!!!!!!!!! All this on top of the fact that he is often being complemented on his new slimmer and more defined physique and his parents inform me that his confidence is through the roof. THERE IS NO BETTER FEELING THAN GETTING FEEDBACK LIKE THIS AS A PT !!!!!! Sooooo proud of this kid with his work ethic, respect and never quit attitude. It's determination like this that leads to kids not only being successful athletes but being successfully in LIFE. I can't wait to see where this kid ends up! Get around him people!
