22.01.2022 PERKS of the 8-week challenge - starts 1st of March 2021 As part of our upcoming 8-week challenge, our accredited Sports Dietitian - Taylor from The Sports Dietitian, will be running a nutrition and food seminar - Saturday 6th March. Taylor will be providing advice on nutrition for general health and performance in sport and exercise to eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.... Our 8-week challenge is separate from the Grip and Grit Fitness class schedule. This is a performance based challenge, undertaken in a team environment, combining exercise, nutrition and recovery to show what your body is capable of. 11.01.2022 Strength Phase. Our Group Strength and Conditioning program is purpose-built to develop the maximal strength, strength endurance and cardiovascular fitness. On Strength days, the current 4-week phase incorporates ‘pause reps’ in our major lift of the day (squat, bench, deadlift), to generate strength in the bottom position.
