04.01.2022 Lead work step flashing incorrectly fitted when the house was built , lead work must be fitted in the correct lengths and the tucks (steps) ground into the brick work joints by 20 mm This had been repaired twice already but there is no short cut repair to split lead it must be replaced. Also ridge caps re pointed

02.01.2022 Another gutter long over due..... once again leaving the gutter to get this bad has caused damage to the iron shed it was attached to ..... youve gotta keep on top of gutter repairs or replacements

02.01.2022 Lead flashing replaced in Woodcroft , if you get any contractors around to replace flashings ensure there going to remove the gable timbers first. Just putting the lead on top and siliconing to it ..... is NOT good enough
