24.01.2022 It is with a lot of sadness that I closed Groomers On North on Friday 12/10/18. I would like to thank all my customers who stood by me after I bought the business in July 2017. Your loyalty and custom has been greatly appreciated. I have loved meeting each of you and spending many happy hours with your furry little pals. In my fifteen months here I learned heaps about grooming and was just starting to learn how to do heads, the final stage in the course I am just about to c...omplete. It is not the end for ever, and I will look at all my options when I return to Townsville next year. In the immediate future I intend travelling and will be going across to South Australia for six months once the storage units in Melbourne have been cleared. I hope that everyone has a bright and happy future and I hope our paths will cross again. Best Regards Sue See more

22.01.2022 I only had two things left on my renovation list for the shop, but have now decided to move to a new location. We will be moving to 26 North Street West End at the start of October. Yes you read it correctly back to North St. The shop is located a few doors up from the original Groomers On North for those that remember the original. There are several reasons why this decision was made. We are opening a small doggy day care facility which will operate with our grooming salon. ...We therefore need a larger salon. Secondly we have been plagued with parking issues that have caused a lot of frustration. We have also noted damage to the facilities particularly the driveway, where two people have fallen recently. The final thing was when we did a letterbox drop and people told us they didn't know we were there. The new salon will meet our needs and we look forward to greeting you and treating your pets to the same quality service they already receive. I will be notifying all of our clients personally regarding when the move will be taking place. Cheers Suzanne See more

17.01.2022 It has come to my attention that there is some confusion between Groomers On North and Groomers in Kirwin. These two businesses are entirely separate and operated by two different owners. Groomers In Kirwin is not associated with Groomers on North and never has been. Please do not make the mistake of thinking you are booking at Groomers on North when making an appointment at Groomers In Kirwin.
