25.01.2022 Some of you may not know that I left Jim's dogwash in early February. I am still grooming though!! Those of you who found me through Jim's, or who I entered into the Jim's customer management system, will have received a text last week. Please know that I had nothing to do with that message. I am still working, though mostly from home as that way I can be 100% sure that I'm not accidentally going to carry this awful virus from someone else's house to yours. EDIT* I am being silenced, because according to my contract you have no choice and are owned by them, so I am apparently not allowed to apologise for them bothering you, or let you know what is going on.

19.01.2022 I'm finally back on the road full time! I have my trailer painted in my new colour, but I won't post pics until the new signage is on, can't spoil the surprise! I'd like to thank you all for your support through not only my separation from the franchise but also the pandemic. I understand that most of you have engaged me as a mobile groomer for the convenience, or your pets get car sick, or various other reasons. So to have so many of you willing to bring your pets to me to be groomed was greatly appreciated. So thank you again! I'm looking forward to getting back to our normal routines.

17.01.2022 I am very pleased to say that I'm back on the road and heading back toward some semblance of normality. Safety precautions are still in place, but it's great to be out and about again! It's going to take a few weeks to get everything running smoothly again, and I'll be in touch to confirm existing appointments and remake missed ones as they come close. You have all been amazing during this difficult and unprecedented time, thank you. Keep on keeping on, stay safe and I'll talk to you soon!

13.01.2022 Maremmas are such an amazing breed! Bred to guard livestock from predators, they protect whatever "pack" you give them. I've seen one guarding baby ostriches, when a sheet of tin blew over in the wind and trapped some of them underneath he barked and howled until help came.

01.01.2022 Dear valued clients, I hope you are all well and staying safe in this trying time. While I am confident I don't have the corona virus, I am a little under the weather at the moment. This combined with the latest government guidelines indicates to me that in the interest of public safety, particularly your safety, I should no longer be travelling to groom, at least for the next few weeks. I am in the process of setting up a safe drop zone at my house so I can groom your longe...r- haired dogs, so they don't suffer unnecessarily from matting, skin irritation etc. from too long between grooms. If you would like to keep your current appointment by coming to me and making use of the safe drop area please let me know. By the save token, if you want to, our need to cancel your appointment, please also let me know. When using the safe drop area, please take your collars, leads and harnesses with you, I will use my own to move the dogs to the trailer and back. The trailer will be thoroughly disinfected between jobs, as will the crates in the drop off area. There will be hand sanitizer in the drop off area for everyone's use. Payment will be by cash at the drop of area (no change available in this case though, Sorry) or direct deposit only. By working together, we can still keep your dogs clean and happy, and we can do our part to slow the spread of corona and keep our friends and family safe.
