21.01.2022 Hi Everyone, We appreciate your patience at this confusing time, we have just received the following advice from the Premiers Office in relation to Grooming Ser...vices "As we interpret the directions dog grooming is not an essential service. If you refer to the directions, number 30 outlines what an essential provider is and number 30 outlines what an essential worker mean" We have included parts of these rules below: Rule 5. All persons whose home is in an affected area and is at home at the time that these directions come into effect must not leave home for the duration of the stay at home period, other than for one or more of the following reasons: (iii) for the purpose of undertaking duties as an essential worker or to transport an essential worker by private vehicle to and from their place of work Rule 30. Essential provider means a provider of essential goods or services, including goods or services provided by: (n.) a pet store or veterinary clinic; or (o) urgent services necessary for the health and safety of any person, animal or premises; or Rule 31. Essential worker means a person who performs work that is essential for the continued operation of: (p) organisations that provide urgent services necessary for the health and safety of any person, animal or premises; Example: the performance of emergency plumbing services, Centrelink services and foodbanks. Therefore at this point in time, our recommendation is that all Grooming services are to cease for the during of the lockdown. 12.01.2022 This is so well written by another groomer. I feel very passionate about helping educate owners on WHY this becomes necessity when dogs get into this state. We understand this is not deliberate for an owner to let a dog get in this condition. We as groomers get NO joy in disappointing our clients. Having to do this puts us under enormous stress not only to please but the risk is increased by 100% to potentially cut the dog in the process. I'm pleased to say I have amazing clients who try very hard to not let this happen, and if it does are usually very grateful to do anything to get their baby feeling comfortable again

12.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE I am implementing measures to ensure to remain open and service my clients. The good news is there is still no evidence you can catch Coronavirus from Pets !... 1) If you are sick, and you have a booked appointment please contact me to rearrange your appointment. 2) I run single stream appointments and space my appointments out so that there is very little risk of coming into contact with other clients. If you happen to arrive and see that another client is picking up their pet, please feel free to wait in your car until they leave. 3) I will not be offended if you wish to wear face mask and/or gloves. 4) I have a lead that I can use to take control of your dog if you are worried about contact via leads. 5) If I become unwell or anyone in my family becomes unwell, be aware I will contact you personally to cancel your appointment. I have amazing and sensible clients and know we will be all working together to get through this current situation. However everyday there are new directives and I may need to make changes to work within these and will be sure to get In touch with individuals as necessary. Take care of yourselves and each other !

05.01.2022 Covid-19 Update I will NOT be open for appointments during the 5 day Government imposed Lockdown. I will be in touch with you personally to rebook your appointment. At this stage unless restrictions are extended, I WILL be open on Saturday February the 6th. I will keep up to date with any changes and keep you up to date with any changes to operation....
