14.01.2022 It's natural in these times for our focus to be on the media, on the events of each day to stay informed. When we center our energy around an area that is intense and stressful, it's natural for our body and mind to remain tense and stressed even when we have moved our focus onto something more mundane or even joyful. We take a while to wind down. With meditation we can learn ways to center our energy on beneficial and more supportive areas, still being aware to the events ...unfolding, however we can be less effected by them and less reactive to them.
