We fill it with delicious, locally made products like @veganmegans hommus @magicpotionkombucha @lalahbali sauces and pastes @artisan_ferments sauerkrauts and chilli sauce as well as hand made, grass fed cheeses from @symonsorganicdairy all surrounded by organic and chemical spray free produce...so good!! This is a photo of the first one we’ve done, a lovely gift to a local family We can make them up according to your budget so let us know if you’d like one put together for you

13.01.2022 My amazing friend Dani and I have another Wim Hof Fundamentals Workshop coming up on November 22nd. It’s such a brilliant day. You get to learn all about the science behind the method and will be guided through the breathing process. Then you will be taken through a sound bath meditation by @courtneystarchild, and then into the freezer you go for the cold immersion. You’ll amaze yourself with your ability to do it, and when you learn how good it is for you you’ll want to do... it again and again. And then finally you’ll be rewarded for your brilliance with an organic lunch provided by @ground_grocer Seriously, if you’ve been thinking about giving this a go get over to @danismith_glowforlife and go to the link in her bio, you won’t regret it.
