Our ideal applicant will have at least 3 years of experience as a Lead Barista in a café focused on coffee nerdery. You will be passionate about coffee and have a keen interest in coffee beans with an ability to educate our retail customers. We need a team leader who thrives on early mornings and is able to energise a team and maintain a strong customer focus. The role is ideal for a barist...a who desires to receive training in the roasting side of our operations. The requirements for this position include: At least 3 years of experience in a lead barista position with team management as part of the role. Able to learn making brews on a San Marco lever machine. Outgoing personality with a desire to engage customers and provide a great experience for every customer / every visit. Desire to be trained in coffee profiles and roasting. Available early morning Monday through Saturday (we are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays). Permanent resident of Australia living in Western Australia, with an interest in locating to Mandurah. Desire for a permanent full-time position.
