Here's a tip: Work on the NEGATIVE part of the movement: Set up an incline bench under your chinup/pullup bar, walk up the bench and lower yourself down - aim for 5 seconds down from the moment you lift your feet.... 5 sets of 5, 3 x per week at the start of your workout and you will be on your way!

Athlete: Ben Seymour Sport: Professional Rugby Union Age: 22... Goals: Speed, Power, Strength Session 1. Strength Day with Supplement Stability/Mobility Movements Lift 1: Deadlift 5x 10,6,6,4,4 with Lateral Lunge 3/side Lift 2: 45deg Incline Press with Rotational Pushups Lift 3:Leg Press with SL Good mornings for RANGE OF MOTION (ROM) Lift 4:Neutral DB Shoulder Press with Trap 3 Raises All reps and sets as Lift 1. Today we finished out with some High Intensity Rowing 6 x 45 sec efforts with 15 sec recovery Ben Average 238m per pull after 4RM max efforts today.
