GDS have achieved Subdivision Certificate and the lots have now been registered with Land Registry Services. for 503 and 579 Halcrows Road Cattai. GDS's town planners received DA approval for 21 lots subdivision being 20 rural residential lots and 1 community association lot. Part of the project scope was also to upgrade the intersection of Halcrows Road and the private ro...ad. GDS were the superintendants and project managers of the site. 07.01.2022 We've just received two DA approvals for lots in Leppington. :) GDS successfully achieved DA approval for remediation, demolition of existing structures and a subdivision of land over two development consents for property known as 48 and 64 Dickson Road, Leppington. Two separate approvals were achieved and ultimately create 108 residential lots and 13 residue lots for future residential development as well as associated site works and road construction.... The developments include coordination with surrounding properties, including those already with a development approval for subdivision, to ensure infrastructure and services are delivered at appropriate timing to support the development. As part of the applications, GDS designed a temporary on site detention basin to control stormwater discharge until such time that regional basins are constructed to service the wider precinct.
