18.01.2022 Dear All Clients! Re: CORONA VIRUS PANDEMIC. The government just announced that non Essential Gatherings of over 100 people are not permitted in closed areas. ... It is so unfortunate that you are having to Reschedule or downsize your special day. - I am overwhelmed with calls and Enquiries about available dates. - Rest Assured I will be in touch. - I suggest you keep your date... downsize your wedding to under 100 people, spend a little more p/person on the menu, Hence save a little money on wedding costs...This will avoid the headache of rescheduling... or have an open air wedding is also an option but unlikely. - I am very sad to announce that I will not reimbursing Deposits as I have just found out I have lost 90% of my income. However will do my absolute best to re-book your wedding if necessary and will honor the deposit... I Will not reimburse deposits if I am not available on your ne date. Will remind my clients that I only ask take between under 10% and 20%. It is a very difficult time ahead for our Nation and our community. Once again I recommend that the best option is to downsize your wedding and have less than 100 people. The important thing is that you get married. 05.01.2022 Stage 4 Covid Restrictions are now in place. We have had a tremendous amount of panic and concern about booked weddings and functions. Previously, only 1/2 of the years weddings were in jeopardy but now it seems the other half of the year are also in limbo... We would like to remind our clients that we are happy to reschedule the function date and honor (move forward) their deposits to the new date as long as we are available on that new function date. These tough times h...ave been a real test for musicians and entertainers as their income is halted almost completely, and they aren’t entitled to government handouts because of cash pricing for wedding entertainment. We prey that we come out of this pandemic stronger than before and we start from where we left it. Stay safe everyone, be patient your wedding will happen eventually. take care everyone. 03.01.2022 RE: Corona Virus & Weddings Hello all, I wanted to touch on the topic of having your wedding amidst the current Corona Virus crisis...... - Rest Assured that I am willing and happy to be at your wedding. - I will honor your deposits if it is necessary to change the date. Subject to bands availability on your new chosen wedding date. - I unfortunately will not be reimbursing Deposits if I am at another wedding or function on the date you have rescheduled to, as I am not like other suppliers that can be at several functions on the one night... hence, also why I only ask for between 10% - 30% anyone would agree that my loss will be far greater than my clients in regards to the booking. - I advise my clients to downsize their weddings and tell elderly or any guests its ok if they decide not to come. - in the unfortunate event that I may become ill, I will reimburse your deposit or Honor them and recommend/book a replacement DJ/Band for you. as you all know, I believe in giving the best service I possibly can to my clients and god willing, we will get through the Crisis.
