22.01.2022 The complex with receive its annual pest treatment from Stephen's Pest Control on Friday 31st January 2020. If you would like to arrange a treatment of your unit at the same time then please arrange this with them directly on 3201 1425. The cost will be $57 paid directly to them.

21.01.2022 Sorry all but the railings installation has been moved to Tuesday next week due to the powder coating contractor and truck company.

20.01.2022 This Friday there will be a water outage, only for the residents in the multi storey unit block. This is so that the plumbers can connect water to the water system tanks. Lorne will also advise the residents direct.

13.01.2022 The landscaping reno is underway

13.01.2022 Hi all residents, During this time of COVID-19 we would like the following items to be observed at Grove On Grand, as sent to us from SSKB: 1. reminding all residents, workers and guests of the importance of practising appropriate hygiene (e.g. handwashing) and social distancing... 2. asking residents diagnosed with COVID-19or who are required to self-isolateto alert the body corporate so other residents can be informed and take appropriate precautions. You need to balance the requirement for reducing others’ exposure with the individual’s right to privacy 3. restrictions on the use of common areas (including facilities like pools and gyms), particularly for anyone diagnosed with COVID-19or who is required to self-isolate. At this stage the pool and BBQ area will not be closed, but this may change in the future.

10.01.2022 Just letting you know that there will be plastering repair work being done and spot painting (of the dark coloured areas) throughout the complex starting from the week of the 20th January 2020 and will be going for about 10 days. Therefore the painter may need access to your backyards and carports.

09.01.2022 Just letting you all know that your apartment block railings will be removed, powder coated and replaced with new fixings. In addition to this the balcony edges will be painted. To ensure your safety the balcony doors will be disabled for a period of a few weeks. This work will be commencing on Monday 21st September. Could you please allow the builders access to your apartment and balcony. Lorne will be orgainsing this.

08.01.2022 Greetings to all Grove on Grand residents from your Body Corporate Committee. We hope you are all keeping well and safe in these unusual times. As you know ANZAC Day will be commemorated this coming next Saturday, 25 April.... In these most unusual circumstances on such a special day the Committee will be conducting a short ceremony located roughly in front of Unit 14 adjacent to the pool area but external to it. The short ceremony should last no longer than five to six minutes commencing at 10.00 a.m. For those residents in Units 1 to 6 who have a balcony facing Woogaroo Street, you are invited to participate by congregating, observing social distancing requirements, at your end of the driveway and along the external wall of Unit 10 and if possible, hold a lighted candle. For those residents in Units 7 to 10 who have a balcony facing the pool area, you are invited to participate by standing on your balconies and if possible, also hold a lighted candle. For those residents in Units 11 to 17 you are invited to participate by standing in front of your garage door or front door area and if possible, also hold a lighted candle. For those residents in Units 18 to 24 you are invited to participate by standing in front of your garage door, front door area or your balcony and if possible, also hold a lighted candle. For those residents in Units 25 to 27 you are invited to participate by standing in front of your garage door, front door area or move to the front of the apartment block and also if possible, hold a lighted candle. Finally, for those residents in Units 28 to 35 who have a balcony facing the pool area, you are invited to participate by standing on your balconies and if possible, also hold a lighted candle. If you cannot see the pool area from your balcony, you can move to a suitable area if you wish or participate on you own in your balcony. The Committee proposes that those residents that wish to attend and who have served in the Armed Forces wear their appropriate medals and accoutrements. It would be great if you can make it.

01.01.2022 Next week we are getting some leaf guards installed in the roof valleys in selected roof areas (as identified by the drone inspection). This will complete this work as we already have leaf guards installed in the gutters. The patios alongside St James alley will have their leaves removed as well.
