02.01.2022 Dear Members, After what has been a year to remember, the Ocean Grove Park Committee have been preparing to do things a little differently with regard to memberships and the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Memberships - due by the 30th of December 2020 ... 2020/21 memberships are due by the 30th of December 2020 and for AGM voting purposes will need to be renewed by the 7th December 2020. AGM -Monday 7th December at 7.30pm online This year's AGM will be held on Monday 7th December at 7.30pm and will be hosted as an online event using Zoom. This format is aligned with most AGMs held in the Ocean Grove community and ensures we meet COVID requirements and ensure the safety of all members and attendees. Please find 2020/21 membership form which can be obtained from and returned to [email protected]. We encourage you to complete a direct deposit to the park account or drop into the Bank of Bendigo in Ocean Grove to deposit your membership fee using your surname as the reference.
