I can report that aside from some under cooked moong daal it is possible to make a meal from scratchwith gadgets The Breville Multi Chef’s sear, risotto and rice steam function worked well, & the electric frying pan did a pretty good job too but it was hard to clean up, the Microwave was as useful as ever I also discovered what the surge button is for on the extension pack - it does not like four appliances at once. Everything, especially service and pastry and pickles, absolutely on point We - (me and chef Robyne Lowe of @rivermintdining)chose pate en croute- out of this world, jambon persille- perfect texture, Berkshire rumpetto - that subtle orange note, duck prosciutto. And the beans and perogis proves it’s not just about the meat. . Flourless chocolate cake with macerated and wine from the Perth Hills. What a fabulous addition to WA.
