10.01.2022 Coffee of the Week: Sumatra Kerinci Gunung Tujuh - Wet Hulled Honey Process. Just arrived, this is one of five different coffees from the Koerintji Barokah Bersama Coop. Each coffee features different processing styles. This wet hulled honey is distinct from classic honey process as the coffee is milled while the parchment cover is wet. The coffee displays very interesting flavours including spices, tropical fruits, toffee and maple syrup. 03.01.2022 New courtyard progress - use your imagination. Stormwater drainage with careful excavation to protect our beautiful shade tree. The 100 year old pipes have had no attention I think - maybe in 100 years. So replaced with new pipes and pit. New furniture and design elements being made. Hope to be up and running in 2-3 weeks plus with additional footpath trading to start back prior. Cheers & have a top weekend folks.
