24.01.2022 This is one of the best articles I've ever read about relationship as a spiritual path. To truly love another is to sacrifice all our needs, projections and judgements of them, to see them as they really are. Yet the path of relationship is not to bypass these things, but to travel through the muck, pleasure, pain, joy and attachment with another.

23.01.2022 A brilliantly executed short animation on the nature of addiction, advocating a much needed and scientifically supported paradigm shift. It's not the substance, but the personal context that creates addiction. What makes a massive difference is human connection, and the way we currently treat people who are addicted (or lacking connection), is to disconnect them further by criminalising and stigmatising them.

14.01.2022 I'm so stoked with the new home for my counselling in the city, at Elk & Me in Thornbury. The place is aesthetically beautiful, feels very clean energetically and has a group of practitioners who seem to be really committed, focused on what they do and also really welcoming to me. It feels great to be somewhere I feel settled and content and can imagine myself planted for a long time. I'm already plotting about how to open up another day here. 06.01.2022 An article called "everything doesn't happen for a reason" kept popping up on my facebook feed. Aspects of the article and the response to it disturbed me. These are some things I feel are important to say about all that.
