18.01.2022 The Fire Danger Season is expected to begin in early November and while it’s a good idea to keep your property up to scratch all year round, it’s even more important to follow these requirements in the lead up to November and for the rest of the season:

13.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT.... PLEASE SHARE..... We are super excited to announce our Cudlee Creek Open Day for residents affected by the Cudlee creek bushfire. We had starte...d the year planning on a Spring open day and we are so happy to be able to bring it to all of you with our friends in Kersbrook. This will be the 7th open day for SABGR and we can't do it without you! So to all of you who have been growing, propagating, digging up plants for us, transporting plants, been one of our amazing collection points, business supporters, financial donors and to everyone who gets someone else on board to help families and all volunteers. We say THANK YOU! It's now time for us to start moving garden items into the hills so exciting!!! We still have a number of grant outcomes outstanding. At this stage this event is supported by our wonderful grant from Mt Barker District Council. If you were impacted by the Cudlee Creek bushfire email us to register and RSVP for our first open day of 2020. On the day you'll need your fire affected card. Due to COVID-19 restrictions you will need to register with details of each person who will be attending the open day with you. As always we will have our garden therapy refreshment space so there is no need to rush through your garden planning. We are here to help you through and enjoy the day. All items available through our open days are FREE! You will not spend a cent We are so looking forward to meeting you. Don't forget to share with anyone you know who may enjoy some free garden therapy.
