11.01.2022 One of the challenges with the many changes that occurred through 2020 (actually change is just a part of our everyday it was just on steroids in 2020! ) is that if you are anything like me it was head down tail up and dreaming was put to the side for a season. Well, this holidays I have LOVED having the opportunity to and reminding my heart to dream again. My encouragement for today friends....take some time to dream! Your soul will thank you

Not only does breathing benefit us physically, but the emotional and mental benefits of stopping to breathe are vast. Your body (especially your brain) really likes fresh oxygen and it likes to get rid of toxins as we breathe out carbon dioxide.... So, why not take 5 right now.... Take a deep breath in through your nose, aiming to expand your diaphragm Hold the breath for 3 seconds Exhale through your mouth Repeat 3-4 times Now how do you feel?
