18.01.2022 New timetable, have our first morning classes starting up. Kids classes start at $12 a class and get cheaper per class with more Kids per family and/or more classes they do. Adults start at $15 a class and get cheaper per class as you do more classes.... Message to get started on our return from the 4th of January 2021.

16.01.2022 We have had the worst kind of news within our club today, Finding out one of our most loved members has taken his own life. Gabriel was what I love about our club, always friendly, respectful, trained hard, always shook hands and said thank you for the class on the way our the door. A true gentleman.... He was like every fighter we have put into competition so far; not a natural athlete but with a great work ethic. He had worked himself into the position with the skills and fitness he had developed was shaping to be our first ever fighter from Stanthorpe. His poster would have never seen the light of day otherwise, so I thought I would share it with the world with this post, this was a guy who worked himself from 105kg to middleweight whilst driving 300km+ for training a week. Gabriel volunteered his time to help the club every time, no question. Never a bad word was spoken about him through the club and we will all miss him dearly. Once again, a friend gone too soon.

It's all about meeting new people and rolling with people you wouldn't usually get the chance to.

02.01.2022 Grow Strong MMA has 10 positions available for children to try the most effective martial arts and self defence system taught in Stanthorpe for free, ages 5 and up. Book a spot now it will fill up.

01.01.2022 He might be hyperactive, have no attention span and a remarkable choice for the worst possible haircuts but he is one of our favourites, top job Rhys.

01.01.2022 Our kids classes are taking on a new ethos, we are focussing on fun, effective, technical classes with less focus on competition (people will compete as usual). Ben has decided the classes whilst effective were too geared towards competition and not enough towards the enjoyment of the art and that is our goal for 2021, teach an equally well constructed syllabus with a focus on class enjoyment and fun, the aim in this change will be to encourage kids to be lifelong martial artists not necessarily world champions.
