25.01.2022 Meet James! James has been working at Growth Australia since June 2019. He started his career at Growth as a Construction Cadet while he completed his Bachelors degree in Construction Management. He quickly became an invaluable asset to the team and has moved up to be our Jr. Estimator/Contracts Administrator. James works incredibly hard, and is a great asset to our team. He is always keen to learn, and is the first to let us make fun of him. "Working for Growth has been a ro...llercoaster of an experience. Being my first opportunity within the fitout space, I wasnt expecting nor used to the tight deadlines and fast turnarounds. However, it has been these times that have kept my time with Growth exciting. MADAD Investments have generously matched our donation of $1 for every meter we fitted out on their project, this resulted in a huge $1,250 going towards this great cause! 22.01.2022 Today is our Site Manager Kieron Murfield second anniversary of working here at Growth. Kieron was our first ever employee! Why did you join Growth? A year before commencing with Growth I had completed my Cert 4 in building & construction enabling me to attain my low rise builder license which in turn gave me a strong desire to seek out a new challenge & with Growth being a brand new company & the vison pitched to me by the directors I was on board immediately. ... What has been your favourite project so far? Kennigo was one of the favourites with being a heritage building & the challenges working in that environment, this was also Growths first crane lift & roof replacement which added to the diversity of the project. Also the end result looked fantastic with the old bricks & exposed trusses. What has been the best part of working at Growth? Working with a team of likeminded hard working people with the same end goals as one another. Being given the trust, freedom & responsibility of running projects & gaining valuable work experience in the process. What is one major thing you have learned in the past two years? For me I have learned Communication & preparation go a long way to projects running smoothly & on time. Buying the building manager a coffee also helps!

20.01.2022 GO2 Health have experienced exponential growth over the past 12 months resulting in them approaching the market to source new premises. Partnered with our friends at Ellivo Architects Growth Australia have been engaged by Go2Health to design and construct a state of the art medical facility to keep up with business demand. Working closely with Matthew Buckley from Acorpp, Growth Australia will assist with test fits, technical due diligence and cost planning to select the appropriate site targeting an occupancy date before Christmas. We are extremely excited and privileged to work with Kieran & Rod to continue to challenge traditional practice methods and design and build a space that truly reflects the company's culture and values.

17.01.2022 In the time poor world we live in, securing meetings with decision makers is becoming harder and harder. When Growth Australia was invited to competitively tender for Coronados new office fit-out our 4 weeks of planning, costing and designing would come down to a one hour timeslot where we had to portray our value proposition. With the front of house and stair presentation being the hero of the office fit-out, Growth Australia ensured this area was represented in concept form allowing Coronados management to see the proposed finish, have a look at how the concept compares to the final product. If you have an office requirement that requires new interconnecting stairs, Growth Australia would be happy to talk you through this process.

02.01.2022 Part of our contract for the ARA owned asset 300 Queen Street included the replacement roller shutter door to the BMU. This was no easy feat and included shutting down half the Street for 12 hours whilst the 120 meter crane was brought in and erected. The Growth Australia delivery team were all present managing the logistics, OH&S and traffic management and we had quite an audience watching.
