Tucked away in Balmain's leafy streets, Growthbuilt delivered this mixed use development of retail and commercial tenancies and luxury apartments, to our valued repeat clients Leda Holdings. The devoted Growthbuilt hotel team are driving home the finishing touches in preparation for handover of the upgrade and refurbishment to the Rydges Hotels & Resorts in Mascot. It has been a pleasure to work alongside our key delivery partners Akin Atelier, BG&E, Umow Lai and Platform Projects in the successful delivery of the ground floor and mezzanine level refurbishment in this 4 star hotel at the lively Sydney International Airport.
