15.01.2022 APEX PARK, Liverpool City Council Positioned on a pulsating intersection in the hub of Liverpool, Apex Park is the location of Liverpool’s first cemetery for pioneer settlers, and consequently one of the city’s most historic parks. Abandoned by the settlers due to dampness, the Park was left to ruin however later transformed into a recreational area in the mid-fifties. Due to amplified popularity and growing residential community, Apex Park was selected for further redevelopm...ent. The brief: turn the Park into a new landmark for Liverpool, creating an attractive and welcoming space for residents and visitors, while sympathetically acknowledging the Park’s pioneer history. 11.01.2022 ST LEONARDS PARK, MILLER STREET FORECOURT, North Sydney Council St Leonards Park is one of the oldest public recreation spaces in NSW, featuring the iconic and industrious forecourt of the prestigious North Sydney Oval. Now overhauled and reopened to the public, it has converted the once fragmented landscape area into an accessible, free flowing landscape where all elements unite collectively to provide a grand entrance to St Leonards Park!... Here is a little teaser of our before and during construction shots! Great job guys!

02.01.2022 Fairfield Preschool Upgrade - Fairfield City Council Play-based learning has hit the ground running for the children of Fairfield Preschool who are engaging in the natural and purpose built elements to explore and engage! Fairfield City Council are providing vital services for local families, and with this new play space creation, it is a wonderful, forward thinking addition to the community. Foster a thriving, safe and friendly community with people who support and respect ...one another, with the vision of an area proud to live, invest and prosper together, is the focus of Council. Primary works include the construction of new timber decking, timber path and sandpit, installation of sandstone boulders and steppers, bamboo screen fencing, embankment slide and waterpump play equipment, construction of timber logs and path, installation of softfall rubber mound, synthetic turf, concrete and timber edging, concrete pavement with line marking, complete with installation of garden shed. Existing garden bed areas were cultivated and composted, together with installation of plants and native leaf woodchip mulch. Enjoy kids!

The primary tasks encompassed within the role is that of tender pricing, preparation and submissions in addition to contracts administration, accounts receivables and general administrative tasks as required supporting the Directors and estimating team.... Must be exceptionally well organised, efficient, hardworking and able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment, keeping a level headed and calm mind at all times. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to be successful in this role. Ability to work independently and as a team player essential, with a positive and professional attitude. Experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, Project and Adobe required and MYOB preferable. Rapid touch typing essential. Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. Salary to suit experience.
