20.01.2022 As we're in the home straight to the end of the year it a great time to consider they key activities that drive your business growth. I've just spent some time with some dedicated business owners in the Lockyer Valley. One has recently installed a new POS system that gives her access all sorts of data about her sales. When I asked her what her average sale was she wasn't sure, and we discussed how she might upsell each transaction to add more profit to her bottom line.
