24.01.2022 Relaxation and rest are vitally important to our overall physical health and mental well-being. Without enough rest, our bodys immune system is weakened and is more susceptible to viruses. Lack of sleep makes it difficult to retain what we hear, read or see and it also makes us weak, but when we do get enough sleep, our body and brain re-energize our cells, clear waste and create memories.... For whatever reason, we just cant find the time, or wont make the time, to rest. Pushing myself to the limit, has been hazardous to my health!
