Canh Chua Cá Kho T - Vietnamese Sour Soup & Caramalised Fish cooked in clay pot A traditional Vietnamese soup originating from the Mekong delta region. This soup is characterised by contrasting flavours (Sweet, Sour & Savoury). Our broth incorporates ingredients such as fresh seafood, tomato, okra, bean sprouts, pineapple, tamarind and fresh herbs. Slow-cooked and served with vermicelli noodles or steamed rice.
