23.01.2022 Got to love building something a little different!! Customer requested a longer screamer with a dump tip on the end. We also modified an old exhaust system and fitted that to the car. We replaced a wastegate spring, added a 3 bar map sensor and fitted a better clutch. 23.01.2022 Another 350z in the shop this week for a whole heap of @gktech_official parts including front lock kit, front upper arms, front lower arms, rack spacers, rear dual caliper, hydro handbrake setup and solid diff bushes. We also removed the diff and added some shims to tighten up the factory lsd. 20.01.2022 R34 gtt in for a few mods: Brand new 6boost exhaust manifold New exhaust studs and exhaust gasket 50mm turbosmart wastegate with screamer... Custom wastegate lines Dump pipe modified Replaced coolant, engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs and a auto trans service We also replaced the oil and water lines to the turbo, the oil feed was damaged and crimped, the oil drain was slightly closed over with silicone and oil build up and the water lines were running across the top of the engine and leaking coolant into the spark plug holes.

20.01.2022 Finished up this 3 stainless exhaust for a 13b fc rx7. The customer supplied a pair of @aes.racing.mufflers and we did the rest. 18.01.2022 Weve used one of these HKS exhausts before on a r33 gtst and they sound great so we ordered another for a customers car. These exhaust arent over the top loud but they flow great and have a really nice note. Cant wait to get the rest fitted up and see how it sounds.

14.01.2022 From a Skyline to a stagea then onto a BMW M3, its been a busy week on the tig!! We fabricated a custom twin 2.5 mid section with x pipe and magnaflow muffler for this M3. We also added a couple of flex bellows to help with fitment and v bands at the rear so we can switch it back to the standard exhaust when needed.

13.01.2022 So you think blow off valves are only there to save your turbo?? Heres a throttle blade from a Rb25det that runs a rb26 6 throttle intake. This is the result of 27 psi of boost and no blow off valve. Resulting in a 2000 rpm idle.

12.01.2022 Sunday session done and dusted. 350z in for a set of solid diff bushes. We also disassembled the diff and added a small shim to tighten the diff up as it will be used for drifting. Weve done a few of these lately including lock kits, upper and lower lcas, coilovers and dual caliper hydro kits. ... Are these going to replace the skyline and silvia as a base for a drift car????

Custom stainless 2.5 intercooler pipes with new silicone joiners and clamps, custom 3 stainless intake, air flow meter delete, new pod filter, plumb back factory bov and plumb the rocker cover breathers in. We also gave the intercooler a quick lick of paint as well as the timing cover. 10.01.2022 We sent the s13 RB25det neo conversion back to its owner today!! The car turned up with no engine or gearbox. We fit a RB25det neo, RB25 turbo gearbox, completely re wired to suit the new engine, custom mounted alloy radiator with fans, custom exhaust and intercooler pipes, custom mounted intercooler, custom tail shaft, forward facing plenum, new fuel injectors and fuel lines, aftermarket ecu and sent the car off for dyno tuning. Weve also built the car to suit engineering ...as the customer wanted to get it legal straight away. All the hard work has payed off and its moments like this that make it all worth while!

07.01.2022 Whos purchased a haltech ic7 for a project and hasnt installed it yet?? Weve ordered one for the r34 and back order will be tight for power cruise. If anyone has one that I can buy/borrow that would be great!

07.01.2022 As well as an ecu upgrade we decided to upgrade the ignition system too with a set of R35 gtr coil packs, loom and bracket from 5-0 Ignite. Weve sold a few of these sets now so its great to be trying a set for ourselves. Not only are they genuine gtr coil packs but they actually fit and seal around the spark plugs. ... Best kit on the market in our opinion!!

07.01.2022 We had this ceffy back for a few more repairs. Lowered and adjusted the suspension arms to suit the new wheels, rolled guards to suit 2 new tyres for the VSKFs... Removed the intake manifold and replaced all of the heater hoses with genuine items New timing belt, seals, water pump and replaced a leaking welsh plug Few more small repairs and it will be ready to hit the road!! Ps. How cool do vskfs look on 90s jap sedans!!!

Evo 3 from Spraytek in for a brake check, fluid flush and bleed R32 Gtst in for wiring, suspension work, fuel system, bonnet fitted, catch can, oil cooler and a heap of small jobs... 05.01.2022 We had this monster of a GU patrol in for some preventative chassis strengthening. Full side weld on plates, coil tower weld on braces and bolt on coil tower brace. Should be good for a few more years now!!

We mounted the intercooler, welded a 90 deg elbow to the turbo outlet, fabricated some 3 stainless intercooler pipes and modified the radiator to suit. ... Will be a super cool sleeper when its all done!

01.01.2022 We had this gtir in for a few small repairs, oil change, set of plugs, Haltech Elite 1500, haltech boost control solenoid and a set of 1000cc injectors. Dyno is booked for a few weeks so will be good to see what we can make from the standard setup.

01.01.2022 More Nissan wiring fun today!! R34 gtt running a little too low and caused some serious damage to the loom resulting in the reverse lights being stuck on. Always a good idea to tuck the loom up as high as possible when running big wheels and a low ride height.
