24.01.2022 Have you seen the latest proposed commercial development for the corner of Deakin Avenue and Ninth Street? We've designed a three storey building that will incorporate a cafe and two office spaces on the ground floor, a large office space on the second floor and 5 x 2 bedroom apartments for the top floor. So today, our team and families are sending a huge shout out to congratulate Geoff Sparkes on being in business for 40 years....all the blood, sweat, tears, swearing and copious amount of red wine have been worth it.

We will also introduce you to our team. We predominantly service the Mildura and Bendigo areas but we have an Architect registered in VIC, NSW, SA, NT and WA so we can help you no matter where you live within these states. We even service Papua New Guinea so feel free to share our page with anyone you think we can help :)

13.01.2022 With the way things are with the current COVID-19, and the fact that we have an immunocompromised staff member, GSD Architects have made the decision to close to the public. Don't fear, we are still in our office and still working hard on your projects (thank goodness for technology). We just have the doors locked and wont be having any face to face contact with clients for now. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us during business hours on 50232 616. We apologise for any inconvenience this may bring, but we have to look after our own at the moment. We trust that you all understand.

13.01.2022 A little sneak peak of what our project at the current Hutchinson Motors site, 86-88 Deakin Ave, Mildura will look like. From car yard to a stunning Commercial premises which will include residential apartments. 3D drawings have certainly come a long way!

Mum Gemma is an absolute superstar, dad Geoff and big sister Ruby are busy arguing over who gets to hold this precious little bundle. 11.01.2022 Last Friday we enjoyed the wonderful hospitality of some clients who have installed a lift on their riverfront property. We couldn't leave without testing it out of course! Thanks Keith and Jan, we had a great afternoon and the food and wine were delicious. Not a bad view you have there

10.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone The start of 2019 has seen us all hit the ground running here at GSD, we have so much going on. At the end of 2018 we said goodbye to the working year with a few drinks in the boss's pool, and we sadly had to say goodbye (for now) to our amazing Gemma, who has started her maternity leave...We will keep you updated on the progress and arrival of baby Sutton. Saying goodbye to Gemma has left a spot for us to welcome Kyra Arnold to our team. You will see Kyra on the front desk Monday - Wednesday so please be gentle:) We hope you are all staying cool and please spare a thought for our Darren Lambert (Chops) as he is moving house today in this heat

06.01.2022 Today we say goodbye to our much loved Skye who is moving onto her new career after roughly 20 years of working here on and off. We want to wish Skye all the best with her new job and thank her for all of her efforts over the last 20+ years. We'll miss having you around but we know you won't be a stranger xx
