20.01.2022 It’s almost time to open to the public this weekend

18.01.2022 We’ve been quiet on our social media because we’ve been busy getting ready for the City of Lights. By this time next week, we’ll be done and open to the public. In the meantime, here’s a sneaky photo that’s not going to ruin the surprise of this fantastic event

13.01.2022 We wanted to share some photos from last weekend's musical of Rent. With ongoing virtual rehearsals, all the students powered on so well and ended up performing to what we think was the first paying audience since March 15th in WA. These events are entirely student run both onstage and backstage, and the level of professionalism is exemplary. Particular mention goes to the student lighting operator, AV operator, stage management team, general crew, props team and costume tea...m. Working with you, and mentoring you, over the last couple of months has been absolutely rewarding. 13.01.2022 Last week we had the opportunity to brighten up Gusto Gelato's Elizabeth Quay store. Please continue to support local businesses and Gusto are open for takeway and home delivery packs with fantastic, rotating weekly specials. And while we were there, we also lit up the Spanda sculpture in a few different colour combinations.

10.01.2022 And we’ve just finished our 3rd weekend at the City of Lights. Some fun facts for the lightning nerds out there: 2.1km of festooning 2400 bulbs... 500 happy tubes 11290 led pixels 118 LED Pars 61 DMX universes controlled by a very trusty Jands Vista S1 and SACN session. And across the precinct we have: 4 stages 6 bars 4 themed VIP suites 600 milk crates Up to 3474 patrons 15 nights of the best entertainment Theming and Design by Bruce McKinvern - and it has been a pleasure collaborating with you on this project.
