24.01.2022 Our latest construction is here! Located in Lesmurdie, we have touched almost every room in the house! We were able to find matching skirting boards, dado rails, architraves, managed to have the cornice sourced and Jarrah flooring machined to match! You would never know this isn't the original house layout. Privileged to have had the opportunity to work on this residence. The owners have done an incredible job of decorating. The full construction list includes;... Walk in robe to Master bedroom featuring cavity sliding doors and all internal cabinetry Dividing wall to Master bedroom to create Bed 4 Walk in robe to Bed 4 Double door robe to Bed 3 including all internal cabinetry Theatre room construction featuring cavity sliding doors Broom closet construction External timber staircase Kitchen walls removed and modified Floor and ceilinh repairs throughout Nib wall to entry Electrical work was carried out by Daniel of New Phase Electrical, he can be reached on 0420 602 749.

16.01.2022 All done and dusted! Yet another Trex deck, albeit this one was replacing a tired, old Jarrah one. When the owners heard about the extremely low maintenance qualities of composite they jumped at it! If you look closely you'll see the amazing Trex deck lighting as well! Soft, subtle lighting really sets the deck off at night and they seemlessly become apart of the deck during the day. Compared to the generic stainless steel surround lights, these are the cream of the crop, I love it! Coming into Winter is a great time to get us around to prep your house for summer later in the year. From backyard renovations, to indoor feature walls and ceilings, additions and everything else under the roof, we'll get your house looking second to none!

13.01.2022 Ive installed my fair share of wizz bang door handles - but this one takes the cake. Light up display, swipe card and pin entry, intruder entry alert plus it even has a failsafe built in. Seems a bit gimmicky, but its an awesome one at that. #samsungsthoughtofeverything

12.01.2022 Pretty stoked to have had the opportunity to construct this one! Here we have a timber screen wall with built in seat and storage. Timber is Silver Top (Silver Ash) and over the coming months will weather to a gorgeous Ash colour, hence its name. Honestly, nothing compares with the raw beauty of natural timber. Just in time for Christmas too!

11.01.2022 Heres what happens when I make time for my own place! Got rid of the old, poorly installed Ikea benchtops and replaced them with some veneered plywood. Along with some minor tidying up of the very poorly executed DIY job done by the previous owner it's now just a little bit nicer to come home to. And its holds me in good stead to postpone the kitchen reno another year now! ;-)

10.01.2022 Jarrah deck is 90mm with a 140mm picture frame border board. Merbau deck replaced paving and was matched to the existing. After a deck cleaner was applied, you almost couldn't tell it wasnt that way from the beginning!

09.01.2022 At last, the finished product! This backyard renovation includes a Trex deck - Lava Rock border and Tiki Torch main board - complete with deck lighting, Modwood 'Sahara' composite screening with storage boxes and concealed pool pump, custom design African gazebo, 6.5 ft waterslide and pool, gazebo and outdoor lightning. Cant wait to get some night photos, this project comes into its own!... We have had the priveledge of working with the owner on a day to day basis to bring to life their design and construction ideas, as well as suppyling all necessary trades, have been able to transform this unused and tired corner of a backyard into a hive of life.

07.01.2022 And while I'm at it, a smaller job completed for a client in the Northern suburbs. I was requested to construct this standalone pergola to make it a little more comfortable outdoors on those hot summer days.

04.01.2022 Have spent a little time this week putting together this Patio and Deck package. Client had a great vision for this little spot, has both given them a beaut spot to spend summer arvos and boost the property value. Win win!

02.01.2022 Some beaut before and after photos of a steel patio we lined with Western Red Cedar. Im honestly surprised at just how much it has changed the feel of this outdoor room. Well, it has become just that, an extension of the house. Its not longer a patio, but a second kitchen, living or dining room. On top of that its one classy way the dress up an area ahead of summer! All works where contracted by us. One call is all thats needed!

01.01.2022 Small staircase and handrail constructed to tie in with original decked area. Merbau boards and posts finished with Intergrains Natural Timber Oil. I think it came up quite well! Rather large improvement from what had been there for years! Dont sit around planning to fix those odd jobs one day, get us in and live in the pleasure of creature comfort now. You'll gain some mighty fine timber eye candy at that too!
