20.01.2022 Creating a business isn’t easy, it takes a lot of hard work, time, effort and motivation. First working out what business you want, the name, the logo, it all takes time. G’s Jaffles has come along way from the start. I remember the day I was sitting at my desk working out my logo, I had so many designs I created and then finally G’s Jaffles was right infront of me once I figured it out the logo, and then now trading at so many different markets around NSW but when covid happ...ened, markets were cancelled and they are slowly coming back, but the capacity is still at minimum. Since covid has happened, I have found many more platforms to keep my Jaffles going, I’m currently creating my own cookbook and I’ve started my own YouTube channel. With all these, it takes a lot of time to think about what jaffle am I going to make for my video, then I have to edit, add music and ensure it’s good. Creating a cookbook has been fun however you really have to concentrate with every step you write. I’m happy with G’s Jaffles and I know it’ll be bigger within a few years, even just googling Jaffles and seeing some of mine puts a smile to my face. One girl I know named Tay loves a good salad but she definitely has a favourite and that is a caprese salad. Tay is a friend of mine and one time I asked her what she was having for dinner and she sent me a photo of a nice juicy steak with a caprese salad. She told me it’s a favourite salad of mine and when I cook a steak I’ll always make this salad to go with it.
