19.01.2022 Winning Stud Focus: Rangeview If Jack King were here today, he would be a proud man and rightfully so. His Rangeview Stud, spanning three generations has gone from strength to strength in breeding Merino wool. Rangeview was awarded the 2020 WA Sheep Expo 'Most Successful Exhibitor' perpetual trophy generously sponsored by Genstock. Over 2 days and 37 show class divisions, Rangeview achieved the most points by any stud. It is one thing to have a champion, but to have six c...hampions and five reserve champions out of a team of nineteen is testament to the quality of their overall stud. With its central location in Darkan, Rangeview clientele stretches over the Wheatbelt, South West and Great Southern. Over the years the King family have had success in agricultural shows in all of these regions and they certainly have every right to be proud of their success at our show this year. 18.01.2022 We did it! Our 2020 WA Sheep Expo & Ram Sale, ran like Coronavirus clockwork! Over two days, almost 800 people and 500 sheep 'Covid Checked In’ and were all happy to follow our Safety Plan. Not one complaint to be heard. Even when extended handshakes had to switch to socially awkward hand waves! There were big wins for Merino wool and it's safe to say we did our best to keep everyone safe. The only failure we had was on our social media plan. Unfortunately there aren’t many photos to show Covid didn't stop the show! So thanks to our army of volunteers, supportive sponsors and patient attendees. We are already planning to do it all again in 2021!
