People usually think "seeing a psychologist or psychiatrist means you are now someone with mental illness and deem you unfit to live around "normal" people. You tell someone you are depressed or have anxiety, normally they laugh and tell you to shake it off, or think you are just trying to make things up to get out of a jam.. ... What we don't realise is, our words can really have an impact, good or bad. And around people who are going through mental health issues, we should choose our words more wisely coz these people are very vulnerable at the time. It takes alot of courage to speak and tell someone how you feel and talk about mental health. So if you can't help, atleast don't say things that can cause more harm to someone's mental health. Its a huge issue that we all face in today's world. Be it anywhere in the world. Look after yourself, and look around to see if your friends/family, anyone needs help. Sometimes a simple hug can do wonders.
