24.01.2022 G & S TYRES STAGE 4 COVID 19 TRADING RESTRICTIONS UPDATE As per restrictions imposed by the Victorian government we are allowed to stay open and trading but only for essential and critical repairs only . Due to there not being a defined clarification on this we interpret this to mean that replacing untroadworthy or unsafe tyres/wheels and carrying out tyre repairs as essential and critical and also carrying out work on vehicles for essential use in permitted industry's on the... dhhs website We will update as more information becomes available. 24.01.2022 COVID 19 TRADING UPDATE We are still open for business as usual through these difficult times for any tyre needs whether it be a fixing a puncture or replacing your tyres to keep your car safe , although we do ask for people to book an appointment in non emergency situations so we can maintain social distancing in our reception area . we will also offer a pick up and drop off service in our local where possible to help locals maintain social distancing bookings will be requ...ired for this service and in addition to this we will also offer some after hours booking times for locals that work outside of our local area and can't attend our business through normal hours of trade to keep you on the road . 13.01.2022 COVID 19 TRADING UPDATE. Firstly we’d like to thank all of our customers immensely for the business during these tough times. We aim to continue our full hours of operation to accomodate everyone. And while we appreciate every bit of business we are getting whether that be a Tyre repair, new tyres/ wheels or a wheel alignment. We ask where possible, to call and book an appointment in advance. ... We are receiving less tyre deliveries than usual. We are trying our very best to still provide the high quality customer service to everyone who enters our shop however during this time it’s very difficult if we have 3+ people turning up at the same time. If Greg can book appointments accordingly then we can take every measure to protect our customers health and safety as well as our own, with social distancing and regular cleaning of our office/ waiting area. Our waiting room now has reduced and spaced out seating, no magazines or newspapers, no children’s toys. All places of contact are sanitised regularly throughout the day, hand sanitiser at the point of sale area and Greg is washing his hands before and after entering each car to protect his customers and himself as much as possible.
