25.01.2022 The Mobility X Nutrition Connection This is invariably a body builder body using a macro diet which is high in protein, moderate carbs, and low fat. The aim is to have a very lean but strong body. Here I am lean and strong. It’s not particularly an equation for a running athlete or for a fighter as strength doesn’t make you super speedy but it should be included in those disciplines training for explosiveness and it’s an amazing equation if you want to get super fit and lea...n. I highly recommend this mobility and nutritional connection if you are looking for a bikini or body building stage show figure, who likes a protein based diet. It’s one of my favourite athlete looks. The amazing effort these athletes put into their training I’ve learnt is a different discipline in its self. I’ll be going through different mobility x nutrition connections for different athletes.
