05.01.2022 In our modern world of 'chuck-away' items, this also translates into the fire industry - usually for portable fire extinguishers. Unfortunately it may become a major problem in the future. Guard Fire Protection try and re-use as many fire extinguishers as possible. A nice outcome of this problem is that training stock is often readily available. Earlier in the year Guard Fire Protection took a load of old fire extinguishers (many that couldn't be re-used) to the local Rural Fire Service District Office for use in their training programs. I'm not sure if they knew what to do with them all!
