25.01.2022 265/35R18 tyres on a Ralliart Lancer?! Dean brought his RA in recently for a rear guard roll to ensure no scrubbing with these Evo X BBS wheels wrapped in 265/35R18 Sailun R01 tyres. They fill the guards out perfectly! The car looks very sleeper now with OEM Mitsubishi wheels, fat tyres and no body work, but with 300kw at the wheels it's an epic street car.

24.01.2022 Rear guards rolled on John's Evo X recently. Running 18x9.5 +15 Enkei RPF1 wheels wrapped in 265/35R18 Yokohama AD08R tyres, there was slight scrubbing in the rear, which has now been eliminated with a seamless full flat roll. I have a big soft spot for these cars (since I own one myself) and absolutely love how this one has been styled!

Running MCA Blue coilovers and sitting on 18x8.5+38 Evo X BBS wrapped in 235/40 Bridgestone R003 tyres all around, he was experiencing slight scrubbing in the rear. This car was an absolute pleasure to work on, and it’s getting some Work ZR10 wheels in the near future which are going to look amazing!... 19.01.2022 Front guards rolled on Himmy's immaculate Nissan Skyline R33 GTR. The driver side fender had been slightly deformed from the tyre grabbing the lip, but after a three-quarter flat roll, the body line has been straightened back out, and the tyre should now have plenty of space to go full-lock without causing damage to the guards. 18.01.2022 Hey Facebook, long time no post! I have been very busy with guard rolling these last few months, lots of different makes & models of cars, but here is a stand out: Front rolled flat & rears pumped slightly on this MK6 Golf R this morning. Customer fitted some BBS-style wheels to his R recently and found that the fronts were getting chewed up, and even the rears were copping a beating. Usually rear guards on these Euro cars don’t need any attention as they are already a flat ...panel from factory, but the customer just wanted the scrubbing to STOP so we opted for a slight pump to give the tyre some room. Customer was very happy with the results, it looks great and all scrubbing has been eliminated front & rear. Good results all round!

17.01.2022 Fitting wider wheels and tyres to your car? Get your guards rolled before this happens to you! Fender lips will bite into your tyre's sidewall as you drive and shred them like a cheese grater. If this happens for too long, the sidewall can get so thin that the tyre is no longer safe to drive on, and may lead to a blow-out. This video shows quite a tame case; I have seen tyres with chunks taken out due to extreme scrubbing, and one case where the belt/wire was showing due to scrubbing.
