This year was unlike any other which forced the presentation evening to be held virtually. 02.01.2022 **COVID-19 Policy Update** Dear Valued Clients and Colleagues, In light of recent events and updates in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic Guarna Legal has updated its COVID-19 policy (see below):-... We advise that the firm will be operating business as usual however we have also adopted the following policy and measures to protect our clients and team members:- Advice and Direction: The Australian Government is currently updating their policies frequently in relation to the actions that the community is to take should they suspect that they have contracted the COVID-19 virus and those who have recently travelled overseas or have been in close contact with a confirmed case. In addition if you have travelled to Victoria or New South Wales in the last 14 days we ask that you advise our team members immediately and not attend at our office. A team member will contact you with alternative contact arrangements. We ask that all of our clients, guests, suppliers and contractors follow this advice to ensure their own safety as well as the safety of others. If you have been confirmed to have COVID-19 and have been in contact with any of our team members, please ensure you notify us immediately. Meetings and File Management: Until further notice we continue to ask that our clients do not attend the office unless pre arranged by one of our team members. We will continue to provide our clients with the option of corresponding via email, telephone or virtual meetings.
