15.01.2022 *** TONIGHTS CLASSES!!! *** Reminder there's not Teens Muay Thai until school comes back! Tonight we have ... Muay Thai with Patty at 5:45pm And Sparring for all at 7pm!

14.01.2022 *** OPENING INFORMATION!! *** Hey guys, we will be opening tomorrow but with some restricitions & rules in place. You must sign in upon entry... You must sanitize hands on entry Pads must be cleaned at the end of each session NO TOWEL NO TRAINING No sparring No clinching And for the mean time we'll have to refuse access to community training gear (gloves/shin pads) so unfortunately if you don't have your own gear you won't be able to train, that includes the kids classes as well. This is just until restrictions get lifted further in a few weeks time. Classes will be on at normal times Kids Muay Thai at 4:30pm Adults Muay Thai at 5:45pm Advanced Muay Thai at 7:00pm Remember, you must bring a towel & your own training gear! Kids & adults & NO exceptions! Thanks guys!

09.01.2022 *** INFO FOR TONIGHTS CLASSES!! *** Gyms close from midnight tonight so we will still run classes tonight, with a couple changes due to covid. Kids class will unfortunately be cancelled.... Adults class will go ahead but with strict hygiene rules in place. Please sign in on the tracing form at the counter, sanitize your hands upon entry & please bring a towel, NO TOWEL NO TRAINING! This will be our last class for a couple weeks it seems as we will have to close under government orders at midnight tonight. Stay safe out there everyone!
