Maybe you just want to have that mental health break away from the pandemic and just kick back to some chilled tunes by one of Perths busiest .well I used to be, musicians. Invite your neighbours to set up a picnic on their front lawns or driveways and pour yourself a drink and enjoy. The Driveway Sessions was born from a little driveway gig I performed for my own street. I quickly realised the mental health benefits of having everyone on the street coming together even from a distance. Neighbours were connecting with each other with a wave and a raise of their glasses and enjoying the live music performance with their families. The feedback from neighbours was overwhelmingly positive, all focusing on what an awesome way to pass the time in isolation and to feel like life is still a bit normal. All safe social distancing procedures will be adhered to. We ask everyone to stay home and well away from others and enjoy the live music from their own homes and yards. The focus of this concept is to promote positive mental health, community connectedness and to spread joy!
