03.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Please take care checking that you are booking into the right classes on the app, I've picked up a couple of people booking themselves in for the wrong programmes. I'm sure it won't be an issue as time goes on but we have specific class caps in place to stay in line with the Covid guidelines and you could accidentally take up the last spot in a class.... Everyone is doing an AWESOME job at adapting to these changes, after all, it's what we specialize in! 03.01.2022 Hey Everyone, This is the Zoom timetable we will be running with until we can re-open. It looks like we will be able to run classes for under 18s after the 8th of November but this is subject to change.... A couple of small details to note. NS, SW & JA run for 30 mins while we are exclusively teaching via Zoom but will go to 40 mins when we open up again. There will be classes for all groups streamed live once we are up and running again. Adults and Kickboxing classes will stay on Zoom until we can open up for over 18s. We don't think it will be long. 02.01.2022 When this is over what will be the next big challenge for parents ... Screen Addiction, and not just for kids. If you think it was a problem before imagine being locked inside for months on end and it's all you were allowed to do. Then all of a sudden its taken away or your screen time is reduced....
