I believe once empowered by traditional education and economic opportunity, these young woman can be a catalyst for positive change in future of our society. I have dedicated myself to this cause and have designed a bespoke training to empower young girls to each and equip them with the tools they require to advance th...eir wellbeing and future. This includes self recognition, setting short and long term goals at a young age and help provide them with achievable and realistic planning strategies to achieve their goals in life. I believe girls have the potential to change the future of our developing communities. Our training will help them understand how their minds work, work on their self esteem, help them understand what healthy relationships with their family and friends look like and how to make good choices when it comes to peer pressure around drugs and alcohol. We teach them how to be unique and recognise their self worth and not to follow trends imposed by today’s media. This dedicated and ambitious elite sportsman is one of my favourite protegès as part of the Guest Building Elite Sports Program.Callan has been undergoing 3 years of intensive building and construction management training completing several qualifications in top levels of leadership and management.
