04.01.2022 Just had the pleasure of hosting for the granite wildlife carers seminar held last night followed by dinner at the fire pit . Really enjoyed the company and meeting some lovely people a great night.
02.01.2022 "Sweet Potato Pie" Smoothie Makes the Perfect Weight-Loss Breakfast <3 1 cooked sweet potato, peeled (if you have a high-powered blender, you can leave the ski...n on) 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk 3 tablespoons chopped pecans 3 ounces soft tofu (I will sub plan greek yogurt) 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon Handful of ice Bake or steam a sweet potato ahead of time, so you can make this smoothie in minutes.
