The only problem was keeping away her adoring fans.

14.01.2022 It was a beautiful day in rural NSW so we thought wed move our ladies exercise group outside. They completed stair climbs, grassy hill walks, sit to stands and smooth slope climbs. We try to complete these types of exercise sessions to assist our residents to remain community ambulant.

10.01.2022 In April 2019, 30 residents from Warrigal Bundanoon & Goulburn competed in the inaugural "Southern Highlands Games". This initiative aimed to inspire residents to commit to exercise programs to improve their overall health and wellbeing. Competitors completed a structured 8 week training program to prepare them for 5 strength, mobility and power based events. This video summarises the day as the "Bundanoon Bravehearts" hosted the "Goulburn G-RAM-Pies".
