22.01.2022 I would like to thank all of my customers in the last few years for your trust and for sharing a part of your life with me. From Tomorrow I will be working from my new address 6 Chester Street it also happens to be my 3 year anniversary of opening my business. 16.01.2022 RELAXATION CLASSES Are you feeling like you’re treading water and just can’t seem to get on top of everything. In the next few weeks I will be starting relaxation, visualisation and wellness classes each week. These classes will include a relaxation session with info included on techniques to reduce and manage stress, and various activities to empower you to take control and care for the most important person- you. You are invited to a fun and informative class that will discuss how Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential oils are a powerful natural medicine that can be used every day for health, wellness, beauty, weightloss, first aid, improving sleep, emotional support and more!... The class will be presented by doTERRA Diamond and Australian Founder Tanya Maidment, who is visiting us from England. Tanya is a mother of two who has been using essential oils to support her own families health and wellness journey over the past 5 years. The class will be held at the Warren Preschool in Warren at 1 pm til around 3, Sunday 26th of March. .Everyone who is interested is welcome to come along and learn more about these wonderful natural essential oils. Afternoon tea will be provided.

I can though still offer support through phone consults, FaceTime , distance balances and over the phone relaxation or visualisation sessions to support you to get through with a healthy mental outlook that may assist in keeping your stress Levels to a manageable level.
