25.01.2022 Upcoming doTerra essential oil workshops Julie Burgers will be teaching these workshops 7-9 pm on the following Wednesday nights. We have a DIY oils session next Wed night 19 Oct with a focus on making 2 products- one will be a cleaning spray. Cost $20. Come along and get more confident with blending. 13.01.2022 A good practical review of when to use ice or heat. In general always use ice for a few days for a new injury or acute flare up, then move to heat. I like the last line.....basically go with what feels right and is having the best effect!
