We do advertise as being open 8:30 to 5:30 every weekday but as we are a small, two-person business we sometimes are not in on the odd day, or start late/finish early. If we ever miss your call and don't get back to you within a day or two, this is most likely the reason! Thank you for understanding

We are still trying to resolve it, so in the meantime please let fellow clients (especially older clients who may not use Facebook) know that we cannot take calls for the time being. 09.01.2022 As of 4th October 2017, a missed appointment fee will be implemented for patients who fail to arrive or do not provide 24 hours’ notice (excluding under extenuating circumstances).
